Counsellors part of the B.C.W.!

At Base de Plein Air, we choose our counsellors by their interest for children. They must be at least 18 years old, be bilingual and have at least two years experience in counselling. That way, we respect the A.C.Q. (Association des camps du Québec) norms.

When they are hired, all counsellors must attend to the camp's training and succeed the first-aid instructions given by the camp. Our counsellors can then be part of the B.M.W. (Best Monitors in the World!)
